The Block Contact option seems highly inappropriate in a corporate environment. I would like to disable it across the entire account.
Senior Executives have requested a report of how many (& who) have used the Block Contact option, is there a way to generate this type of report?

Hi @RTFrank,
Thank you for reaching out with this important concern.
Currently, the "Block Contact" feature in Team Chat is designed to give users control over their interactions. However, we understand that in corporate or enterprise environments, unrestricted internal communication is often necessary.
Can the "Block Contact" feature be disabled?
As of now, there is no native setting to globally disable the Block Contact feature across an account. We recommend submitting a feature request through your admin portal or reaching out to your account representative, as enterprise-level feedback helps prioritize future enhancements.
Is there a report to track "Blocked Contacts"?
At this time, the admin dashboard does not offer a direct report showing which users have blocked others. However, advanced analytics or custom API integrations (if available in your plan) might offer some visibility. We suggest contacting support to explore what’s possible within your current subscription.
If this feature is disrupting internal workflows, it’s worth escalating through official support channels or your customer success manager. Your feedback is essential in shaping tools that align with professional communication standards.
