Recorded Meeting

I recorded a meeting to the cloud. As the host and administrator, where do I find a report that shows me who viewed the recording? I want to know name of person who viewed, the date, and the time it took them to view the recording. Is this possible?

When starting a recording, a message appears on the top of the video that says, "Who can see your viewing activity?" The pop up window says, "The host and the account owner can see who you are, your contact information (if you're logged in or provided it) and whether you viewed or downloaded their recording."

Where do I find this information?

Thank you!

Rita

As a host and administrator, you can absolutely track who viewed your cloud recording. Here's where to find that detailed viewing information:

Accessing Recording Analytics
• Sign in to your Zoom web portal
• Go to Reports > Usage Reports
• Select Cloud Recording from the report options
• Choose your date range and find the specific recorded meeting
• Click on the recording title or View Details to see the analytics

What You'll See
• Viewer names (if they were logged in or provided contact info)
• Date and time each person accessed the recording
• Duration of how long they watched
• Contact information for logged-in users
• Download activity if anyone downloaded the recording

Important Notes
• Only viewers who are logged into Zoom or provided their contact information will show detailed identity info
• Anonymous viewers will appear but with limited identifying information
• The data matches exactly what that popup message promises - you get comprehensive viewing analytics as the host

This reporting feature gives you complete visibility into your recording engagement, so you can see exactly who watched, when they watched, and for how long.
