Recording issue - it disappears!

Hi there

I often schedule Zoom calls for other people where I use a random meeting link and passcode link generated by my Zoom account (extension in Google cal), then I go into the app and make the person attending the meeting an alternative host. I do not attend the meetings. Within the meeting settings I also enable recording to the cloud. However after the meeting, although I am the organiser, I don't receive notification of the recording and it is not in my recordings folder on zoom. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I retrieve the recordings? Many thanks.
