Recording Resolution Changes When I Download To MacBook

I love using Zoom to record as I can toggle to my script and read it straight into camera. I need at least 720 resolution for my Udemy courses. I put the record settings to 720 but when I download the recording to my MacBook, it's gone down to 640 × 360 and is unusable. When I go onto the recording on the Zoom website, I can't find the resolution of the video.

Can anyone help please?

Hello,

Please take a look at this Zoom support article that explains how the resolution of recordings work and what needs to be in place for different resolutions.
