Ever since installing Zoom on my brand new laptop I have had issues with it - doesn't happen on any other device.
70% of the time when I try to join a meeting it doesn't allow me and freezes or just doesn't respond and won't work until I turn off and on my laptop.
If I don't turn off my laptop it takes 5-10mins to resolve itself and keeps saying "leave meeting and join" and then pops up with the meeting window multiple times as if it is catching up on itself.
Have tried checking the audio drivers are all up to date; have uninstalled and installed many times

Hey @CCORK,
Based on the information provided, your Zoom freezing issues on your new laptop are common problems that can be resolved with several troubleshooting steps:
The "leave meeting and join" loop you're experiencing is specifically mentioned as a known issue that can be caused by software glitches, unstable internet, or resource constraints when multiple windows are open.
If you've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling without success, focus on the hardware acceleration setting and closing other applications before meetings, as these are often the most effective solutions for new laptops experiencing these specific symptoms.

I'm having the same problems and have tried the "fixes" suggested by zoom to no avail. I'm unable to attend critically important business meetings. The ticket open with zoom is not generating any support after 3 days.

CCORK from zoom: The current navigation is not reflected in your instructions. No advanced under zoom settings or cache. Advanced under admin has no such tab either Settigs >video>advanced doesn't hae "hardware acceleration" so these "fixes" aren't even valid.
