Receiving Zoom Recordings as Scheduler (Not Attendee)

Hi! I am running into issues with recording Zoom meetings. I currently schedule meetings on behalf of others and set my Zoom account settings to send me a copy of the meeting recordings for the host. So far, I have yet to receive any of these notifications and/or recordings, and nor is the host. Is there a way for me to record these meetings as the scheduler even if I do not attend the meeting? I need to be able to send out copies of the recordings without relying on the host if possible.  As a work around, if I add myself as an optional attendee (but do not attend the meeting) and set the meeting to record to my local computer will it still record, or do I need to be in attendance?  Thank you!

Depending on your organization's privacy policy this can be done if allowed by the account admin. You can access cloud recordings and meeting reports for those you are a delegate for.
