Powerpoint with webcam overlay it works but not reproduced in the recording where the image is next

With Zoom I present a powerpoint with the presenter's image embedded, it works very well. But I record the presentation with the recording offered by Zoom, in the cloud, and when I retrieve the recording the image of the presenter is next to it and not embedded.

If you want the recording to look like the new layouts, you have to connect a second device as a participant and record that screen and audio. Then the recording will be exactly what the live audience saw. It does require a second device and recording software but currently it is the only way to get a recording to have the new layouts.

I find this so frustrating too. I am trying to record while my image is embedded in the presentation, but it doesn't work. There is nothing that says we need multiple cameras in order to do this. Zoom please fix this as soon as possible!

I have the same issue. I don't have a second device, this is frustrating indeed.
