Zoom didn't save my video recording, it didn't convert, and my meeting history isn't recorded too

Hi, I have a huge problem. I can't seem to find a recording I did last night. I wasn't the host but I was given permission to record the meeting. This has happened previously and I didn't have a problem about this before until now. I followed all the steps to recovering non-converted recordings, and that Zoom would already have that saved incase you want to convert it. The problem is it's not showing up in my app and webportal. As well as the meeting that took place, it isn't in my history as well.

This has happened to me on two separate occasions. How can this be resolved or prevented?
