Password is not working

I have access to a recording and the password is not working to get into my recording. Help please :).

Hi @vcimino93 I just wanted to confirm so I can best assist you! You mentioned not being able to access 'my recording' in your discussion; are you the host of the recording? OR are you a participant who has been given access to the recording by the host? 

 

As the host, and if you cloud recorded the meeting, you can access this recording at https://zoom.us/recording

 

Otherwise if a participant attempting to access the recording, the host will need to do the following for How to share, download, and delete cloud recordings under 'To share'.
