No mic available - only phone call

I need help with audio settings. When I create a new conference the only audio option (suddenly) is a phone call. Just yesterday I was able to use my mic. When I check audio options - I see everything as it should be. Both my mic and loudspeakers are working. But I cant select them - Audio options menu has only "Settings" line.

 

Also I noticed when I reinstalled my Windows Zoom client (5.12 to 5.14) my PMI password was reset to random 6-digit one. Can it somehow be connected with audio issues?

When joining a meeting, click Test Speaker and Microphone.
The meeting will display a pop-up window to test your speakers.
If you don't hear the ringtone, use the drop-down menu or click No, Try Another Speaker to switch speakers until you hear the ringtone. Click Yes to continue to the microphone test.
If you don't hear an audio replay, use the drop-down menu or click No, Try Another Microphone to switch microphones until you hear the reply. Click Yes when you hear the replay.
Click Join with Computer Audio to exit the speaker and microphone test.
