Hello - trying to see if this is a capability. We have a student who joins our calls live and has an ASL interpreter join every call. We spotlight the interpreters, but they do not show up in the recording when our instructor is sharing their screen. They don't speak, so they obviously don't show up in speaker view, and they don't show up in gallery view either when I download the replay. Is this a capability in Zoom to be able to see both spotlighted participants when someone is sharing their screen through the replay?

Hello,
Have you tested Zooms ASL sign language feature?

“Account owners and admins can enable Sign Language interpretation view, which allows hosts to assign users as sign language interpreters, either when scheduling a meeting or webinar or during the session. Hosts can designate up to 20 users as sign language interpreters. Sign language interpreters are shown in dedicated video channels that are pinned and spotlighted, identifying the specific type of sign language they are interpreting. Participants can then select which sign language video channel they’d like to view, and resize or relocate the video window as needed.”
To record a Zoom Sign Language interpretation view, ensure you enable the "Record sign language interpreter" option in your Zoom recording settings while scheduling a meeting, which will capture the dedicated video channel of the sign language interpreter alongside the other participants; you can also achieve this by spotlighting the interpreter during the live meeting to ensure their view is prominently featured in the recording
