No Blur Background option in Zoom on MacOS ver. 12.0.1

I reviewed the Blur Option requirements several times. I meet all the requirements yet, I have no blur option available in Zoom on a MacOS Mac mini

Zoom version: 5.9.3

MacOS version: 12.0.1

Webcam: Logitech C930e

I have the Virtual Background tab visible.

Zoom has been uninstalled twice in the last 2 months to see if that would fix the proble but no such luck.

There doesn't appear to be any reason the Blur Background doesn't work on my Mac device, but yet is doesn't work. Yet it works fine on a less powerful iPad Pro.

I've got Blur on my new iMac and had it on my Macbook but with the latest update I've lost other filters options.
