Hey @dkopkau, it the participant video on and they're unmuted? The icons shown is whether a participant is muted or has their camera off. Or, they could have camera on and have not connected to audio yet?

This reply doesn't help. It appears like they don't have either a mic or a camera since there are no icons displayed. How do they even get into the meeting?

I have the same issue with my class attendees. It's so weird . How do they even get into the meeting?!
