Mobile app on Android and iOS keep dropping when switched to background

Hallo,
last two days zoom meetings connected via mobile application on Android and iOS (both platforms) keep dropping (disconnected without any notice) until 1 second when application is switched to backgroun (respectively switch to other app).

 

Last week everything worked fine, I could be on meeting and same time open email, switch to another app, but nowadays, zoom drops and the only solution is to be full time present within zoom mobile app or use desktop client.

 

Anybody else having same issue?
Some new bug?

Any idea how to solve?

On iOS mobile apps says "apple devices reached some limit" and then drops. 
On Android drops without any notice...
