On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

What can I do to fix this issue? This started 3 months ago. I have updated the app at every opportunity.

Hi @desireesavory ! Are you still having this issue? If so, do you mind telling me what version of Zoom you're currently on?

Have you heard of Zoom AI Companion?

I have much the same problem, as do thousands of users.  Until September I had a 2013 MacBook Pro SSD.  It ran Zoom flawlessly on multiple monitors.  I had to replace it and now have a 2019 16" Mac Book Pro. I am running the latest IOS (Ventura) and I have tried a clean install of Zoom twice.  The issue seems to be Zoom.  I am not sure if Zoom has worked with Apple.  It has cost me work.  The system slows down and stops working whenever I share. My audio cannot be heard. It causes a Kernal Panic and shows massive CPU usage from Zoom.  It makes Zoom useless.  DO NOT blame the hardware unless Zoom is willing to work with Apple.  Everyone loves to pass the buck but now really cares to find a solution.  I hope that stops.
