Mac running Ventura 13.4.1 with an M2 chip; installs zoom upgrade, but does not recognize UN or PW

Help. Zoom no longer does chat help, but only emails responses to tickets with as much frequency as Haley's comet. 

 

I am on a mac

I am running Ventura 13.4.1

I have an M2 chip

 

Thanks to posts on here I was able to download the new app installer, drag it into my applications folder; restart my computer; then run the installation. The app installed!

 

Problem?

It doesn't recognize my UN email or PW. 

I host a podcast and record through zoom - this is KILLING ME.

help.

Hi @Gabriella_UpNxt sorry that Zoom is not recognizing your credentials. I would love to further investigate into your account specifically but if you are having other issues with signing in or locating your Zoom account, suggest looking into troubleshooting related sign-in issues or submit a request to Zoom Support.
