Hello,

My company has a manager that has an assistant.

The assistant arranges meetings for his manager, and both of them have Zoom Pro licenses.

I was wondering if it's possible to remove the license from the assistant so he can still arrange meetings with his manager and the meetings will still have the capabilities of the Zoom Pro license because the owner of the meeting will still be the manager.

Thank you for your answers

You would need to trust the assistant with the username and password to sign in to the account. If you can do that he can schedule for the manager.
