Upgrade license mid event

We have an event that is currently open. We have the unlimited 500 license assigned. We've 1200 people registered and have hit our 500 person limit. Has Zoom made any changes to where you can buy a different license or add on  a license to increase the capacity of a zoom event that is already happening? 

 

We have registrants who are unable to access the plaform currently.

This is tricky.  you can upgrade to a larger unlimited of you can transition/add a PPA license.  depends on your overall event/webinar plus needs
