Is it possible to no send the email confirmation registration mail for a meeting

I would like to send my own confirmation registration mail for a meeting. Is there a posibility to stop the email send automaticaly by zoom ?

You can change the automatic confirmation to manual confirmation.  Click Registration - Edit - Manually approve. If this answers your question, please click Accept as Solution. Image added for the steps.  If you want to send out your own confirmation, change to manual, but sign up with another email account you own. Copy the confirmation after approving your registration, and now tweak it and send it out to the registrants (meaning you never approve them in the zoom portal, but are manually doing this.)
