Is it possible to build an advanced poll and then transfer it to another user?

Is there any workflow that would allow me to build an Advanced Poll, and then transfer it to another user to use in their meeting?  Could they add me as a co-host on their meeting, and then I could add/enable an advanced poll I had build for them to use?  Bonus points if I can do this ahead of time and don't have to join the meeting.

The only capability I’m aware of that even comes close to what you’re looking for is in the Polls/Quizzes Library feature described here;

But I still think that comes short of your expectations – though it might be of some help.
