Someone I know is now in Ghana, Africa. We'd like to video-conference together. Tried reading some of the stuff from Zoom, it ALL seemed to assume I have something called a "Zoom phone." I do not, but I have participated in MANY zoom "meetings" but they were all domestic. Tried chat, was denied because I don't have a paid plan.

Can I do this and how to go about it?

@Riverside - if your friend in Ghana has a computer with internet access, you can send them a meeting link as if they were domestic and they can join just like they were local.
