I cant hear other apps while im on a zoom call

Hi, so today i had an online class. When i do homework play or work i usually listen to music but when i play music while on a call on zoom i cant hear it , it sounds distorted. This is my headphones Reddragon h901

I have the same problem, I can only hear voice but no music. Please give some solution if you can. Thanks

Hi so what you need to do is to change your micrphone in zoom settings. Change it so that the microphone you are using is the integrated microphone and not the mic from your headphones
