I can't see myself in the video but the background is showing. I have changed usb ports, restarted my computer, changed cameras, nothing is working. What is happening?

Hello,
Normally when this issue occurs the camera that is being used is tied to another software on your device, or there is something physically blocking the camera lens so that it is on but not actually capturing any video. I would verify that there is no cover over the camera, that no other program is utilizing the camera, and I would also check to see if you experience this issue in other programs (Teams/Google, etc.)
