Create a permanent meeting link (without specific recurrence)

Hello,

How to create a permanent meeting link without any particular recurrence?

For some interlocutors, I would like to be able to always use the same link.

However, I only see the possibility of creating a recurrence (like every week).

This was possible before. But now, I don't know if it is still possible.
