I CANNOT ALLOCATE A NEW HOST TO MEETINGS

ABSOLUTELY NO SUPPORT FROM ZOOM. How does one get a technical support worker on the phone?? We pay $1200 per annum and can't get a problem fixed.... NEED HELP

 

For some reason since mid last year update, the option to add HOST (internal host) to a meeting we create has disappeared. After so many back and forth emails with Zoom, they don't seem to get it.

 

Previously we would create zoom meeting (reoccurring) via Google Calendar

- then in the zoom desktop app there was a option to assigned a HOST (Meeting>Edit>down bottom see more> can choose to record meeting and assign host)

**This option disappeared mid last year.

 

Zoom were unable to work out why this option disappeared (on our Desktop App) so 'THE WORK AROUND" we found was to then go to the iPhone APP and the option was still there when you went to edit the meeting (Meeting>Edit>down bottom see more> can choose to record meeting and assign host)

 

Now when we create an reoccurring meeting, this option in the IOS App has disappeared??? How do we now assign a different HOST?? This is such a simple task, but no-one can seem to solve it.

*Note the option is available still when logged into our account on browser. But we work on the go and need to option to assign a different host via the desktop app or mobile app.

 

Anyone having this issue as well? Any solutions please?
