Hello guys,
I have got in trouble when I tried to use my microphone on Zoom platform. I don't know what exactly happened to my microphone. It's a weird thing that I still can use microphone from laptop in other platforms, except Zoom. When I share the sound, I still hear the soundtrack, but not my voice. I have checked the microphone on the Zoom setting, but it does not work. Can anyone help me fix this one?

I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble with that.
I have been experiencing this since May of this year when using a bluetooth connected microphone.
In my case, the time when the problem occurred coincides with the time of the Windows update that accompanied the addition of the device sync on/off function in Teams. not only Zoom, but also Teams has been experiencing frequent events where the microphone and headphones become unusable as soon as a meeting is joined.
As a countermeasure, we have implemented to disconnect the Bluetooth microphone once and reconnect it.
