On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

How to Simplify Tracking Topic Changes While Recording on Zoom?

I am recording certain parts of a meeting using Zoom on Windows, and in this recording, I need to know specifically the minutes when the subject of the video changes. To do this, I start the recording with the Ctrl+C shortcut and use a timer website that is open in my browser to keep track of the time, manually noting the minutes when the topics change.

I would like to find an easier and more functional way to do this, such as a keyboard shortcut that could be used to start the timer and also to mark the changes in topic during the meeting. Any other tips you might have would also be appreciated.
