I am trying to set up meetings where other members of my team will be able to join the meeting without me hosting. Is this possible?

Yes, this is absolutely possible. Please use the 'Allow Participants to Join Before Host' option when booking your meetings (details in the article below):

Is this the only setting that is needed, or do we have to mark any account settings such as turn off Waiting Rooms and enable users not in your account must join the waiting room?     And what is defined as 'Users not in your account'?  Thank you.

I have seen this solution but still have the problem that people attempting to login to the room without me being online get forced to a waiting room (which I have disabled). Is there something else I am missing? Perhaps something to do with their account? Im tearing my hair out trying to figure out a work around
