If I'm understanding you correctly, you are looking for a webcam that a remote participant can control.  This article describes how to accomplish this with Far End camera control utilizing a camera with PTZ capabilities:

We have published a support detailing USB devices we support with the Zoom Client to assist you will selecting the right camera:

https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360026690212-Supported-USB-HID-devices-for-the-Zoom-deskto...

Supported USB audio devices on Windows are not limited to this list. Generally, the Zoom desktop client on Windows supports buttons for devices made by these manufacturers: AVer, Crestron, Jabra, Logitech, Plantronics, Polycom, Shure, Yamaha, and Yealink.

There are many devices that could work for this use case.  Aver CAM520 and Logitech PTZ Pro 2 are two examples I have seen in conference rooms, that could work as a USB device connected to a computer.

Thank you so much.  That is exactly what I needed.
