External Cam doesn't work with Zoom

Internal camera on my Surface Pro is broken.  The external camera I purchased works well but not with Zoom, When I enter a Zoom meeting I can see the other party(ies) but they can't see me.  Does anyone know how to fix ? I have several upcoming Telehealth meetings and need to connect.

Make sure to check the camera that is selected in Zoom. It could be that Zoom is still trying to access the broken camera.

You might also make sure that no other apps are using the camera at the same time as Zoom. If another program is using the camera, Zoom cannot also access it at the same time.
