Hello, I've been having a trouble when connecting to group calls from my laptop for almost a week. Whenever I create or connect to a group meeting, I can't hear or see other participants or the host. There are just black rectangles instead of the videos. Today it lasted for the whole session of 1,5 h. At some point the sound and the picture might come back, but after coming back from BORs it's all over again. Rejoining the session, reinstalling Zoom didn't help. Please, assist me in this issue, I can't work this way. I have a paid Pro plan.
