Hi, I have been recording audio from zoom meetings to the cloud for quite a while and have never had this happen until now. With one recording, all participants' audio recordings were garbled and even had parts dropped out. I listened to the conversation live, and there were no issues. The issue occurred with all participants, though at different places in the recording. I would really like to avoid this in the future, as it makes the recording useless. I have checked my settings and they seem fine and have worked fine in the past. Has anyone else encountered this? Any ideas on how to prevent it?

Hello @jillianperkins
I believe the best route would be to submit a Zoom support case so the recording can be investigated in detail. There are many factors that could contribute to audio issues which could include hardware issues, software issues, or network which would be best investigated by our support team.
I do apologize for this inconvenience.
I hope this helps and if this answers your question please make sure to mark this as a solution.
Thank you,
Jake
