Hello everyone.
This thing began last Wednesday. Mid-meeting, I suddently stopped seeing and hearing other people - first in the breakout rooms and then in the main meeting too. I was using the desktop version. I tried reconnecting to another network but it didn't help. Rebooting the internet, the laptop (Lenovo 720) and Zoom didn't help either.
As of this moment, I can use the desktop version only in the main room, and as soon as I send people to breakout rooms and enter them myself, I stop hearing/seeing them. They can hear and see each other all right, but they can't hear/see me too.
The browser version seems to work.
The desktop version I'm using at the moment is 6.2.0 (46690) - I've updated it today, but the problem persists. It was the same with the previous version I had, the number of which I don't remember.
Could anyone please give advice what could be done about it? The problem is not in the mic/camera because they work elsewhere right all right.
