The Live Streaming App is Buggy & Does NOT Stream to a Facebook Group

Several months ago, I attached the live streaming keys/URL no problem & I was able to start a Zoom & have the live stream stream into a Facebook group page.

For the last few days, I have had nothing but problems with the Zoom app, "Live Streaming." It has 2 going at once, it says it's live streaming & it's not, Facebook doesn't see it as connected & when I select custom stream it gives me a Zoom page error saying I'm just not able to. What in the world is going on? The last 2 nights I had to delete the app & reload it in & then I could stream to Facebook.

Today was Day 1 of my official challenge & no such luck. Errors all over the place! Embarrassing & had to use my phone for a serious live presentation, which was not seemless at all as I could not share my screen from my phone. PLEASE! I have a PAID account! How do I NOT have access to speak to someone on the phone!? I am so PISSED right now, I need some answers.

same here, following instructions for live stream on facebook group, downloaded the live stream app on zoom. The option for custom is not available or does not open.
