Can not reenter zoom call

I was trying to exit the zoom call and lost my menu bar so the host removed me so I could fix my problem and then reenter.  Now I can't reenter because I was removed.  Is there any way to fix this?

Please have the host of the meeting select the setting to allow for removed participants to rejoin. Here is how: Allowing participants and panelists to rejoin.
