Can I restrict who can join a meeting using emails

This is 2024 and I still can't find a solution where I can schedule a meeting and set
email1 @ abcz.com
email2 @ abcz.com
email3 @ abcz.com
and only allow users who logged in to zoom using these email can join.

Enabling Authentication will require all attendees to be logged into a Zoom account. You can additionally add a restriction as shown here – though I haven’t tested this personally:
