The meeting I'm invited to is not visible in my account

Hello,

 

can anybody help me with troubleshooting zoom?

Meeting organisator has a list of emails, he does not send any invitations. Other people see the meeting in their accounts. I don't see the meetings. The problem is on my tablet and on one of my phones. I see the meetings and can participate on another phone. Yesterday I was able to see the meetings in zoom web interface on my tablet, I was able to start the meeting somehow. But now all the meetings disappeared. What should I do?

Hi @Persy – If you don’t see your meetings, it’s usually because you’re signed into Zoom with a different email than the one your organizer added. Please:

  1. Check the email shown in your Zoom app profile.
  2. Sign into zoom.us with that same email — do the meetings show up there?
  3. If not, try signing out/in or confirm with your organizer how they added you.

Now found it but does  not help
