Audio share settings for screen share not saved between sessions

With recent Zoom upgrades my users are finding that the setting to share computer audio during a screen share is no longer saved as it used to be. I'm wondering if this is now the default that cannot be saved between meetings or if I'm missing the place to change things in settings.

My users are on new M series Macs if that makes a difference.

Sharing computer audio has never been a default. If during share you select optimize video then share audio (in mono mode) is also selected. Stereo audio still requires an additional selection. Sharing without optimize video utilizes the screen resolution of the shared screen and is primarily for best graphics display and is the default when sharing a screen without sharing the audio. Either way audio can still be shared after the screen is shared in mono or stereo mode.
