Zoom Meetings Twice A Year

Last year, my hearing loss support group met twice:  May and November, yet we paid for Zoom the entire year.

I heard another group paying for Zoom meetings when they needed them.  I don't see Zoom offer this option with the billing.  Can we be billed for when we need it, such as two meetings a year?  I don't see anything in the billing options to do this.

It is clearly stated in the billing for plans that you can purchase monthly. So you would have to buy 2 months per year at $15.99/mo for May and then for November, cancelling after each months purchase. If less than 40 mins/meeting then just buy the free basic.
