Sounds like your dual screen sharing issue could be caused by a few different things.
Let’s walk through some steps you can try.

1. Check Your Display Settings

  1. Make sure your computer detects both monitors in your display settings.
  2. Set your screens to “Extend” rather than “Mirror” mode.
  3. Double-check that resolution and scaling look correct for each monitor.

2. Adjust Zoom’s Settings

  1. In Zoom, go to Settings > Share Screen and make sure the dual monitor option is turned on.
  2. Fully close and restart Zoom, then try joining the meeting again.
  3. If you haven’t yet, update Zoom to the latest version.

3. Verify System Requirements

  1. Even if your system meets requirements, try running Zoom as an administrator.
  2. Temporarily turn off any screen recording or display management tools that might interfere.
  3. Update your graphics drivers to the latest version.

4. Try Troubleshooting Workarounds

  1. Share a specific application window instead of the whole screen.
  2. Test dual screen sharing in a practice meeting before your real call.
  3. Clear Zoom’s cache and reset sharing preferences to default.

If you’ve tried all of the above and the problem still happens, it might need deeper system-level checks.
