500 Server Error on Virtual Background

I am hosting a webinar. Every time I attempt to add a branded virtual background for the meeting, I receive a 500 Server Error message. I was able to add one a few days ago, but needed to switch it out. 

I have cleared cookies, browsing history, etc.  I am using windows

l am also getting this message on some files. I have resize and resave and resize and resave until Zoom will take a jpg or png file. What is happening????

Try resaving the file under a name which does not have underscore or whatnots, something simple like "hatethis". It worked for me (previously saved the file with a numeric data code and an underscore.
