I have no audio output with Zoom, all setting are correct. I do not have a plan that offers phone support. Is there a plan to purchase or a way to get in contact with a live technical support person?

Audio is the most complex aspect of streaming. I am a Zoom customer in the US and an audio engineer for the broadcast and motion picture industry and can provide one-on-one live support if desired. Please message me if you want this help.

I can access a mtg, no problem.  Video works!  Cannot remove the slash over the mic, so I can't say anything; can't activate my mic during a zoom call
