Hello,
I've got a worplace pro account. I've planned a meeting with inscriptions on zoom, and already 89 persons registered. It seems that the meeting will be blocked at 100 participants. Is it accurate ? If so, do you know if it is the registration that will stop at 100 or the connexion on the D day ? thanks for your help !

Yes if you have a paid Zoom account (like a Pro account) the meeting capacity for a Zoom Meeting is capped at 100 participants by default. This means that while you can have many people register for your meeting, only the first 100 participants who actually join the meeting will be allowed to connect.
In other words, the registration itself is not blocked at 100 registrants you can have more people sign up but on the day of the meeting, once 100 participants join, any further attempts to connect will be blocked
