Email invitations not being received by patients when sent through Zoom link

Good evening,

 
I am writing today because my father had an issue with getting his patients to receive his Zoom invitations via email. When I tried entering the meeting code and his user code, it said it was invalid. Please advise for a solution. 

we have tried sending the link to one of my emails but it won’t be received by my original emails.
