Received a Zoom invitation via email, and each time I click on View Invitation, I receive an error

I received two zoom invitations from two different people, and when I click on "View Invitation" in each email, I get the following error message.  I tried this on my iphone and my laptop (HP laptop) and got the same error message.  

 

Not Found

The requested URL was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hi @kridder77! You can try doing the following steps:

  • Try copying and pasting the meeting link directly from the email into your browser instead of clicking "View Invitation"

  • Check if the meeting links have expired or been cancelled by the hosts

  • Contact the meeting hosts to request new invitation links

  • Try accessing the invitations through the Zoom desktop or mobile app rather than through email

Since this error occurs on both your iPhone and laptop, it's likely with the invitation links themselves rather than your devices or browsers so reaching out to the meeting hosts may be the best option.
