audio is working on browser but not on desktop client

hi i need help, my zoom audio is working on browser but when i download the client and use the client, when i join the meeting using computer audio it does not work. When i click on testing, i can see the bar moving but no sound comes out.

I have tried all the steps below:
- Make sure that you have downloaded the latest version.
- Uninstall the app, then download and reinstall it.
- Check for any available operating system updates.
- Clear cache and cookies from the settings.
- Restart your browser or device.
BUT it is still not working if i download the app
