Zoom Events is not allowing meetings to be visible to all those with the link.

Something is wrong with the Zoom Events setup process such that it won't allow events to be discoverable by anyone with the link. Instead it is forcing the meeting to be accessible only to those on the guest list. We set up a Volunteer Appreciation event on the 2nd and want anyone who has the link to be able to register. However, the attached screenshot shows that, when I mouse-over the the option to make the event discoverable by all user with the link, the option cannot be selected.

Please advise us on how we can make events discoverable. This is the primary way in which we intend to use Zoom Events.

See the attached screenshot. If the hub is marked as Public in the Hub Profile, the option to make the event visible to anyone with the link is available. If the other option is chosen in the Hub Profile, it is not.
