We're having the same issue, it's really annoying because we used to be able to add a poll/quiz to a template before changes were made which moved them to the Surveys tab

Hello there,
I'm sorry for the inconvenience you experienced.
You may follow these steps to create a webinar template for personal use that has settings, branding, polls/quizzes, surveys, Q&A, resources, captions, etc.
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click Webinars.
- Click Schedule a Webinar.
- Choose any webinar settings that you would like to apply to the template.
- Click Schedule.
- Scroll down to the set of tabs for Invitations, Email Settings, Branding, Polls/Quizzes, Survey, Q&A, Resources, Captions, and More.
- Next to the Start this Webinar and Edit options, click Save as a Template.
- Specify the template name, then click Save as Template.

This doesn't work, I've followed these steps for every template we had and the polls no longer show or the previous poll from another template shows

As you can see this webinar was saved as SEPA webinar and I starred the SEPA poll then created and employer template and starred the Employer Poll. When I went back to this SEPA webinar template the Poll had changed to the Employer one in that saved Template. This really needs sorting out as we have several templates that all use different polls in them and they are polls are all auto setting to the last template used.
