On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Zoom Events Webinar Polling Data - not downloading complete dataset

Hi! I'm looking for some help troubleshooting, or redirecting on who to reach out to for this.

 

We held an event through Zoom Events/Events Hub a few days ago. I'm trying to download all the polling results/data that we sent out during each webinar session. When I go to "event analytics" and then "Surveys/polls" it gives the option to "Download Table Data" on the polls tab. However, when I download the table data, it's only downloading half of all the polls we sent out. I can see all the polls we made, and can see how many responses we got, so they were definitely logged, but there's no data from them being downloaded. Is there any way to make sure the data from every single poll is downloaded, or even a way to download poll results individually?
