Webinar templates and polls

Several of my teammates and I use templates to schedule webinars. We just realized that the polls do not save with the template or are we missing something? We all don't want to have to add the polls to each of our templates.

We're having the same issue, it's really annoying because we used to be able to add a poll/quiz to a template before changes were made which moved them to the Surveys tab

Hello there,

I'm sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. 

You may follow these steps to create a webinar template for personal use that has settings, branding, polls/quizzes, surveys, Q&A, resources, captions, etc.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Webinars.
  3. Click Schedule a Webinar.
  4. Choose any webinar settings that you would like to apply to the template.
  5. Click Schedule.
  6. Scroll down to the set of tabs for Invitations, Email Settings, Branding, Polls/Quizzes, Survey, Q&A, Resources, Captions, and More.
  7. Next to the Start this Webinar and Edit options, click Save as a Template.
  8. Specify the template name, then click Save as Template.
